Who we are
STEZA (steza.agency) is run by Vladimir Koptsev, Barcelona, Spain. He is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@steza.agency.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, the contact you leave and your message. The message reaches Vladimir through a private Telegram bot. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss a possible collaboration.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of the request) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on our conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who else processes the data
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Telegram delivers contact form messages to Vladimir.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts of the site; Google's servers see your IP address when the fonts load.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Hermes Agent and Google user data
Hermes Agent is a private assistant application used only by Vladimir Koptsev with his own Google account. With his permission it reads his Gmail and Google Calendar to prepare daily summaries, and on his request it works with his Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts. It does not access anyone else's Google account.
- Google user data is processed on a private server in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland). To complete a requested task, the text may be sent to the AI model provider Mistral AI (France), with training on this data switched off.
- The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
- Hermes Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@steza.agency. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
